4 Fantastic speeches:
Dale (father of the Bride) welcomed Magnus to the Tourney family and laid down the law on the minimum acceptable family golfing handicap; Magnus thanked practically everyone and (just!) avoided choking up - no girlie tears for him!; Cheist shared sweet reminiscences of how annoying Cheryl was at college; and, of course, Robert brought the house down (despite pointing out that he doesn't believe in marriage!). The greatest achievement - no-one fell asleep, even after the gallons of champagne, wine and top nosh at dinner. |
