Central America, a strip of land that separates the mighty Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and links North & South America. Also, one of the most culturally and ecologically varied places on Earth.

For 2 1/2 months we travel through the Aztec, Mayan, Hispanic and Caribbean cultures of Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama clambering over ancient ruins, diving incomparable coral reefs, ascending volcanoes and working with local education, turtle conservation and hurricane relief programs.

In addition, it's back to school to brush up on our Spanish skills.
